Paid audits query the provider APIs for ChatGPT (OpenAI gpt-4o-mini), Claude (Anthropic Claude Haiku), Gemini (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash), and Perplexity (Sonar). Citation and share-of-voice results are a live snapshot of those API responses at audit time. Consumer apps like chatgpt.com may differ, since they can add different models, memory, personalization, and live web search. Full details on the methodology page.
04Do audit credits expire?
No. Single and pack credits do not expire, so you can use them after a launch, after implementing fixes, or whenever you want to compare a competitor.
